Who I Am

I’m a father, leadership coach, trainer, and global strategist dedicated to helping people and organizations around the world get unstuck and be unstoppable in every area of life. After three decades of global experience in ministry, business, and government, not to mention having developed a zeal for developing leaders and teaching resilience, I became a certified Maxwell Leadership Team Member. As your leadership coach and trainer, I help you and/or your team:

What I Believe

I believe life is about knowing why you’re here and living your purpose fully. That means serving the world in a way only you can and growing from the challenges, opportunities, and relationships that come your way. I also believe resilience – the ability to adapt to change and navigate setbacks – is a necessary life skill and critical ingredient for sustained success. It is a skill that can be learned and should be celebrated. You must learn it if you want an authentic, successful and happy life.
